Obituary of Rosalie Theresa Black

Rosalie Black, 67, of Milford, PA, and formerly of Garnerville, NY, passed away on December 19, 2014. She was born on December 12, 1947 to Frank and Nancy DePatto. Rosalie was employed by the State of New York for 35 years before retiring in 2004. She is survived by her daughter Tammy Vick, husband Matthew Vick and two cherished grandchildren, Noelle and Marisa of Jacksonville FL; her sister Catherine Irwin and companion Roy Judson of Middletown, NY; nieces Michelle Irwin-Retherford, Kristin Irwin and their families, and long-time family friend John Crespo of Milford, PA. Ro will be missed dearly by her family and friends. Visitation will be held at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Haverstraw, NY on Friday 12/26 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Church service will be held Saturday, 12/27 at St. Peter's Church in Haverstraw NY at 10:00 am followed by burial at St. Peter's Cemetery in Haverstraw, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be sent to the Diabetes Foundation, Heart Association or Local Humane Society.
