Obituary of Julia Tolve

Julia Tolve of Stony Point, NY passed away peacefully on March 4, 2015. She was born on April 28, 1926 in Garnerville, NY to Michael & Elizabeth (Anastasia) Tolve. Julia worked at Helen Hayes Hospital for over 35 years as a Physical Therapist aide. Julia loved reading and cooking, baking and was known to be very generous with her gifts and time. Besides her parents Julia is predeceased by her sister Mary Tolve & her brother John Tolve. She is survived by her loving family Patrick (Eleanor) Tolve of Airmont, NY, Josephine Aragon of Suffern, NY, Elizabeth (John) Sanchez of Hillsdale, NJ and her adored 13 nieces & nephews and 22 grand nieces & nephews with whom she enjoyed spending time with. The family will receive friends & relatives on Sunday March 8th from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM at the T J McGowan Sons Funeral Home 71 N. Central Highway Garnerville, NY. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated for Julia on Monday March 9th at 9:45 AM in St Gregory Barbarigo Church in Garnerville with interment to follow in St. Peters Cemetery in Haverstraw.
