Obituary of Noel Tawfiq Arlene AlkaRamla

Noel Tawfiq Arlene Alkaramla passed at age 21 she was born on May 1st 1994 at Stanford University Hospital Palo Alto California; she is survived by her loving mother Debra Lynne Napoli of Rockland County NY. Noel was a student at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy NY majoring in Criminal Justice, she was very talented in the fine arts, had a passion for animals and an absolutely angelic face, smile, big beautiful brown eyes a strong will and enjoyed helping others . Noel loved to laugh and loved being happy she had three longtime friends which she considered sisters, Samantha Soto, Amanda Soto and Krystin Pagan all of Troy NY. My daughter's goal in life was to become a Forensic Detective and then a prosecutor in the criminal justice field. Her Heritage was Arabian from a long line of family in Jerusalem, Native American from Ramapough Mountains and Sicilian. She was a garden of many beautiful flowers, for the most beautiful of gardens has many different flowers. My daughter's name was Noel, for she was a gift from God, to I her mother. Her last name means "the kind heart" Noel shall forever be loved and remembered. A memorial service will be held on Sunday January 24th 2016 at T.J McGowan Sons Funeral Home 133 Broadway Haverstraw NY 10923. Between the hours of 7pm till 9pm
