Obituary of Scott J Mulcahy

Scott J. Mulcahy, 51, of Wakefield MA, formerly of North Rockland, passed away on Sunday March 20, 2016. He was born in New London, CT on September 14, 1964 and was the son of Cornelius R. and Joan (Schott) Mulcahy of Englewood, NJ. Scott was a graduate of North Rockland High School class of 1983 and attended Wagner College in Staten Island, NY, Scott moved to Massachusetts in 1983 and settled in Wakefield in 1984. Scott was a selfless man who loved to watch his kid's athletic events. In addition to his parents, Scott is survived by his loving sons Matthew S and Nicholas J. Mulcahy. Both of Wakefield, MA. Scott was the loving brother of Pat Demello of Syracuse, NY, Neil and his wife Helen Mulcahy of Toms River, NJ, Keith and his wife Molly Mulcahy of Stony Point, NY, and Erinmarie and her husband Francis Forte of New Milford, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and Nephews, his former wife Nancy (Coogan) Mulcahy of North Reading and his girlfriend Sally Maijenski and her son Michael of Danvers. The family will receive friends & relatives at the T J McGowan Sons Funeral 71 N. Central Highway Garnerville, NY, on Monday March 28th from 4 - 8 PM. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Scott on Tues arch 29th at 10 AM in St. Gregory Barbarigo Church in Garnerville with Interment to follow in St. Peters Cemetery in Haverstraw.
