Obituary of Anthony J. Glomski

Anthony (Tony) John Glomski passed away peacefully with his family by his side on February 25th,2024. He was 93 years old.  Anthony was born in Queens, NY on April 14th,1930 to John and Josephine (Rempe) Glomski. Anthony worked as a sales contract manager in the space and defense industry. Anthony married the love of his life, Gloria (Mastanduno) on September 2nd, 1950. They moved from Long Island to Thiells, NY, eventually moving to Coconut Creek, FL, upon retirement. Anthony was the business manager for the Babylon Islanders, a drum corp that was near and dear to him and his children, a devoted lifelong NY Giants fan, past president of the North Rockland Rotary club and a passionate golfer. But most importantly he loved his family and any time spent with them. Anthony was predeceased by his wife, Gloria, of 46 years. He is survived by his children, Paula Roberts, Toni Clark, Patricia Garay, and Edward (Noel) Glomski. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 2nd, 2-6at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home, 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
