Obituary of Josephine "Josie" Gulino

Josephine (Josie) Frontino Gulino of West Haverstraw, NY passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in Stony Point, NY on April 7^th, 2023. Josephine was born in West Haverstraw, NY to Maria and Joseph Frontino on December 23^rd, 1931. She is survived by daughters JoAnn (Stephen) Babcock and Shirley (Gary) Babcock, and son Frank Gulino, Jr.; along with 5 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Frank (Rose) Frontino and Joseph (Mary) Frontino. She was one of 11 children. Josephine was predeceased by her husband Frank Gulino, Sr. and son Samuel Gulino.

She was a homemaker that loved to cook, sew, enjoyed her cat and nature, and spend time with her family. She was a member of the Lady’s Auxiliary Fire Company #2 West Haverstraw. V

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13^th from 3pm-8m at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY. Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 14^th, 11am at the funeral home with Rev. Brandt, followed by interment at Mt. Repose Cemetery, Haverstraw, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Cancer Society.
