He was the eldest of three siblings and a life long Rockland County resident, growing up in Spring Valley and living the past 28 years in Garnerville. He was happily married for 33 years to Jean Frank-Craig who survives him.

Jim started his career at Lederle Laboratory working his way up into the plumbing department and eventually founding his own successful business, Jim Craig Plumbing and Heating. He was the proud owner for more than 30 years.

Jim was a loving, kind and generous husband and father and he will be missed every day by his family and friends. When Jim was not plumbing, you could find him on the golf course, gardening or enjoying time with friends and family. Two pieces of advice from Jim in his final weeks; don’t work too hard and wear sunscreen.

Jim died peacefully at home after a three year battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held in the future.
