Obituary of Howard W. Diven

Howard W. Diven, 83, of Stony Point, Passed away on April 21, 2014, He was born on May 1, 1930 in the Bronx to Charles & Elizabeth Diven. Howard worked at the Bronx Zoo for 41 years working in the Gorilla Sanctuary. Howard is predeceased by his brother Charles and he is survived by his Loving sister & brother Flora Watson of Stony Point & Stephen Diven of Brooklyn,NY. Also surviving are many nieces & nephews. Howard will be loved & missed by all who knew him. The family will receive friends & family on Thursday April 24th from 5 - 9 PM at the TJ McGowan & Sons Funeral Home 71. N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY. A mass of Christian burial will be held for Howard on Friday April 25th at 10 AM at St Gregory Barbarigo church with interment to follow in Mt. Repose Cemetery.
