Obituary of Michele P Burns
Michele P. ”Mickey” Burns, 71, of Stony Point passed away surrounded by her loving family on May 12, 2018. She was born on August 22, 1946 to John & Rita (McDermott) Keating in Inwood, NY. Michele married the love of her life Eugene Burns on August 20, 1966 in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church in New York City. Michele worked for Active International as a Credit & Collection Manager for 25 Years. Besides her parents, Michele is predeceased by her brother Patrick Keating. She is survived by her loving Husband Eugene of Stony Point, her beloved Children Gina (Michael) Corcelli of Lyndhurst Ohio, Debbie (Patrick) Reilly of Stony Point, Kevin (Michele) of Stony Point, her adored & cherished grandchildren Kayla, Andrea, Joe, Brianne, Kacie, Owen, Kevin Jr, Karlee, Madelyn. Her caring sisters Maureen Keating, Joan Barkey (Warren), Michele was a loving aunt to numerous nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends & Family on Wednesday May 16th from 3 -8 PM at the TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home 71 N. Central Highway Garnerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Michele on Thurs May 17th at 10AM in St. Gregory Barbarigo Church with interment to follow in Ascension Cemetery in Airmont.
