Obituary of Ann Virginia Robertson

Ann Virginia Robertson, 90, of Stony Point, NY Passed away peacefully on July 3, 2013. She was born on Jan. 11, 1923 in Haverstraw, NY to Francis and Anastasia Morrison. Virginia married her loving husband James Robertson Sr. in 1947, he predeceased her in 1997.She was an active member in St. Peter's Ladies Guild. Besides her husband she is predeceased by her son James Robertson, her grandson Jeffrey Robertson, her sisters Eleanor Brophy, Francis King, Joan Morrissey and her brother Terrence Morrson. Virginia is survived by her loving children Susan Taylor of Melbourne, Fla, Terrence Robertson of Park Ridge, NJ, Charmaine (John) Kurisko of Stony Point, NY, and Patrice Robertson of Stony Point, NY .Her adored grandchildren Lacy Taylor, Chris Taylor, James John Robertson, Bonnie Wagenstein, JR Robertson, Thomas Robertson, Shannon Moler, Katherine Passman, Terrance Robertson, Brian Robertson, Jenny Schultz, Dawne Kurisko, Meredith Kurisko, Patrice Kurisko and her 14 Great Grandchildren. Also surviving are her numerous beloved niece's & nephews. The family will receive friends & family on Friday July 5th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the TJ McGowan and Son's Funeral Home 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Virginia on Saturday July 6th at 10 AM at St. Peter's Church in Haverstraw. Interment to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.
