Obituary of Kathleen A. Pastore

Kathleen A. Pastore (nee Kelly) passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on December 1, 2022. Kathy was born in the Bronx, NY on March 9, 1952 to John and Margaret Kelly. She graduated from Mt. Vernon School of Nursing and then worked for Nyack Hospital for 37 years. Kathy married the love of her life, Ralph, on June 24, 1976. Kathy was a devoted mother, wife, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Ralph, her children Vincent and wife, Jessica, her daughter Lisa and her loving grandchildren Kaylie and Colin. She is also survived by her sister Irene Shelly and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by brothers John and Jimmy Kelly and her sister Pat Cummaro. Family will receive friends Friday from 4-8pm at TJ McGowan and Sons Funeral Home, 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, 10 am, at St. Peter’s Church, Haverstraw, followed by interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Haverstraw, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Jude’s Foundation.
