Obituary of Michael J. Baker

Michael J. Baker, 70, of Garnerville, NY passed away on March 19, 2022. He was born in Nyack, NY to the late Maureen & Albert Baker.

Mike loved to play golf & always looked forward to the annual fall golf trip with the guys. He also enjoyed traveling, sitting on the beach, and experiencing new culinary adventures.

Mike is survived by his wife Michelle, daughter Jessica Cooney (Erik), son Brandon Baker, grandson Christopher Cooney; also survived by his siblings, Patrick Baker (Jill), Kathleen McKiernan (James), Jeffrey Baker (Kendra), Jennifer Kubick (Ron) and many nieces & nephews.

Mike easily made friends and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 25, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY. Services will be held at 7:00pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
