Lenny and I were honored to call Rick our friend. He was also a kind, considerate and loyal friend. He would always greet you with a smile and always had a kind word to say. Lenny and Rick became best friends from the moment they meet as children and that friendship lasted they’re entire lives Rick was always a true family man and he dedicated his life to his wife and children. To say that we will miss Rick is an understatement. We were honored to know him and the world has lost a great man and a wonderful person. Wishing Richard Milano everlasting Peace. Until we meet again our dear friend ❤️ All Our Love Always, Leonard, Ellen, Amanda, Meghan and Jillian Lepore

I remember Rick from Welty field - we were all growing up and life was carefree. He was always a great guy - happy and sweet. My deepest sympathy for all of his family and friends

“Angels come down from the heavens just to help us on our way.” If Chris Stapleton would have known my friend Rick, he would have said the same about him. Whether he was serving people at his Dad’s deli or the deli he opened himself, Rick always took care of people. Not surprising at all that he ended up being highly successful in the healthcare business. Again, helping people.
When I left military school the first friend I met in 8th grade was Rick. I wasn’t in a good place mentally and he helped me adjust. When I started my first full time job I’d go to Consoli’s for lunch almost every day and Rick would provide a great sandwich and instantly put a smile on my face with his infectious laugh.
After college he was there to offer me support as I broke into the radio business (34 years ago). We’d go to events and parties that didn’t interest me in the least, but I always had a great time because I was with Rick. We all hope to leave this world with a legacy that indicates what an amazing person we were. That was Rick. An amazing family man who was selfless and was always looking to help others.
I’ll miss my friend and my deepest sympathies go out to his beautiful family and countless friends. Rest In Peace Rick and thank you for everything you did to make all of our lives better.
With all my love and prayers,
Steve Cohen

Rick Milano was the greatest man ever!!!
I am so honored to say he was my cousin and we were family. He loved selflessly he made everyone who was around him smile and laugh. He never worried about himself. The days we would come to your mom and dads house to watch a Rangers play off game because you were the only one that had cable TV. Playing ultimate frisbee in the side yard between periods. The cook outs in the back yard in Yonkers. The time I broke the side window in your driveway and your father and my father yelling at me. You told me not to worry just tell them I did it. The days of you standing behind the counter at Consoli’s (and slapping your hand on the counter every time I walked in) I looked up to you and thank you. I can go on forever but all of my memories made me a better man and person because of you Rick Milano. Thank you for being there for me.
Cuz I am so proud of your beautiful family. Elvia, Justin, Lauren, Julie and Vicky. Please find a way to heal and think your husband and father in smiles and laughs.
I will cherish your legacy. Rick my mom loved you so much. Please give her a kiss for me and tell her I love her. Thank you for the smile and laughs.
I love you Cuz and I will miss you. Until we meet again- Joseph Uva

Rick was the best. When I was pregnant with Angela he helped us getting blood testing strips since I was doing my blood sugar a minimum of six times a day. I am sorry but he made the best dam BBQ ribs in the world. He would have BBQ's at his house and loved feeding everyone. Once he told this story that family visited and asked for lemonade. He did not have any but whipped up his own with what he had and everyone loved it. He was smiling and so happy he made them happy. It was his simple kind gestures that made him and all who knew his happy. Their hapiness made him happy. You can't say that about many people. He is loved by so many and will be missed. My heart breaks and love goes out to his family.
