Obituary of Catherine Sebastian

Catherine (Marinozzi) Sebastian, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. She was 96. Catherine was born on May 9, 1921 in Ulster, NY, then moved to Italy with her family, where she lived until the age of 23. She lived in Haverstraw with her husband Otto Sebastian until his death in 2003. Catherine then moved to Freedom, PA to live with her daughter Teresa. Catherine was a member of St. Peters Rosary/Altar Society and the Catholic Daughters of St. Joan of Arc. Catherine is survived by her children George Sebastian and Teresa Goda, her grandchildren Audrey Kedziora, Brian Sebastian, Stephen and John Goda, and her 4 great-grandchildren. Catherine's family will receive friends and relatives at T.J. MCGOWAN SONS FUNERAL HOME, 133 Broadway, Haverstraw, NY on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Catherine on Wednesday, March 28 at 11AM at St. Peter's Church in Haverstraw. Interment to follow at St. Peters Cemetery, Haverstraw.
